Challenge
Operational issue
Newrie London’s rapid transition from an online-first business to a multi-store retail brand created several operational challenges. The business required a centralized platform that could: Manage inventory across more than 25 retail outlets. Coordinate stock between multiple warehouses and stores. Generate and track product barcodes accurately. Maintain consistent product, pricing and stock information across locations. Process returns and exchanges between stores. Manage customer profiles, purchase history and loyalty information. Implement reward points and customer retention programmes. Configure complex seasonal, festival and promotional offers. Provide management with visibility into store-wise sales and stock movement. Support continued expansion without increasing operational complexity. Managing these processes through disconnected systems or manual records could have resulted in stock mismatches, slower billing, reporting delays and difficulties in controlling offers across branches.
